I found out later from Goodreads that this is not a requiem but the beginning of another plotline so maybe that’s why: I was looking for a conclusion and while it was there, other threads began to manifest that I’m not sure I’m interested in pursuing.

So I did enjoy this book, and it was a fitting conclusion for a couple of story arcs. I’m not sure if the other books will be in line to read; there sure are a lot in this series.
