Welp, that happened fast. I started this series when work was really tough and burned through it for some stress relief. Nothing too complex. Not too many characters. Just enough “interesting” to get me through the grind of a lot of work. It was really nice not to think about the next book I’d have to read. I could jump into a story I was already familiar with and enjoyed without having to gear up and figure out what was going on.

It’s a simple story about a school and how to climb a tower. Yes, it’s a little more complex than that with world-building elements. A nice read.
